$100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve cabin.

This deposit will kept for a damage deposit and returned after

the end of the rental period if there has been no damage.

.A 14 foot aluminum Starcraft boat with 7.5 horsepower Mercury motor

is available for an additional charge of $60.00 per week

Directions to Northwoods Retreat

1) Drive through Big Bay and go past the Thunder Bay Inn on the left.

2) The road will curve to the left. After the curve make the first right turn.

This will put you on County Road KCB

3) Go past the Bay Cliff Health Club on the left.

4) Follow the paved road to the right.

4) Drive for approximately one mile.

5) On the right side of the road you will pass a yellow squiggle curve sign.

6) You will then see a three name sign:

Downton

Berger

7) Turn right into this drive.

8) Drive straight until you come to a house. The Northwood Retreat Cabin is the

cabin to the right of this house. The entrance is marked by a sign

labeled "DOWNTON".
